Greening Global Egalitarianism?

In Justice and Natural Resources: An Egalitarian Theory (2017), Chris Armstrong proposes a version of global egalitarianism that – contra the default renderings this approach takes individual attachment to specific resources into account. By doing this, his theory has potential for greening both in terms procedure scope. procedure, its broad account focus on individuals rather than groups connects with participatory governance management and, ultimately, democracy an essential ingredient toolkit green politics policy-making. scope, because it does not commit itself any particular moral framework, Armstrong’s leaves door open non-human animals become subjects justice, thus extending realm latter beyond traditionally anthropocentric borders. I conclude these greenings are promising, but trouble-free.
